Veterinary Assistant
Cindy has always had an interest in animals for as long as she can remember. She would study and observe many species of animals for hours—especially exotic animals—from reptiles, fish, and aquatic creatures. After entering the Education field with a concentration in Biology, she realized that she wanted to work with animals hands-on rather than just teach about them. She pursued her passion and studied Veterinary Technology at PLATT college and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in 2021. Cindy loves working with reptiles, especially geckos and snakes. She has a Crested Gecko, Neeko, and recently rescued a 9-year-old Green Iguana, Socks.
